Uses and Disclosures of Protected Information
Marketing: With your express permission, DevMedics may use your feedback for our services on our website for testimonials. Only first name and last initial will be used for your name, as well as your position and practice you are employed by. No other protected information will be included in the testimonials shown. We may also use that permission to place these statements in social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and Google +. If a client has elected to join a newsletter, or filled out a form on our website, this constitutes permission to email that person the information they desire or to be signed up on the mailing list, depending upon which option the client signed up for.
Account Management: We will maintain an internal database which contains the names, practices and contact information for our clients. This is to be used solely for the purpose of account management and keeping in contact with our clients. This information will not be used externally or provided to any third party.
Billing: Customer account information will be maintained internally for billing purposes for ongoing management fess, updates/changes, or any other work the client would prefer to have completed. Credit card information will only be stored in our secure offline database per client request for automatic billing for management services.
Law Enforcement: We may disclose information to a law enforcement official if so ordered by the court. Once a subpoena has been received, we will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
